Colosseum of Rome

The Colosseum or Coliseum, is an cryptic amphitheatre in the centre of the city of Rome, Italy, the biggest ever built in the Roman Empire. It is one of the maximum works of Roman architecture and engineering. This wonder was erected to commemorate the victory of Rhodians against the Antagonids. This statue was located in the Harbor of the Mediterranean island Rhodes in Greece. The Island of Rhodes is located at the Southwestern tip of the Asia Minor, where the Aegean sea meets the Mediterranean.
